Cannot view reports. Blank screen with a small box in the left hand corner is displayed.

This occurs because the Client Software Installer software hasn’t yet installed the Crystal reports viewer. Note that this control is only downloaded the very first time you run a report and may take a couple of minutes to appear. If the control does not appear after 5 minutes please contact your IT department to check that you have sufficient user privileges to allow downloading of this control. If problems are still experienced please contact VDO at tis-support@continental-corporation.com and ask for the Client Software Offline Installer CD, from which you can install any files required by the service.
